A Passionate, determined Variable-star Observer and experienced Marathoner
He was enchanted by the view of the constellation Orion, but what captured his lifelong interest were variable stars. He began observing them at age sixteen. He was fascinated by those “changing little lights” and, especially, by how much we could learned from them. He became one of the most productive observers of variable stars in Central Europe. He decided to move to Andalusia for better skies, where he now offers telescope hosting to Slovak amateurs. An amateur astronomer: Pavol A. Dubovský.
